Our start-up services for salt water and chlorine pools include, but are not limited to:

  • Initial pool start-up includes programming of equipment, starting pumps, brushing the pool, and balancing of the pool according to NPC standards.
  • Four weeks of service for clients.
  • Informational pool schools to educate clients on such topics as:
    • Water chemistry
    • Proper care and maintenance for your luxury pool
    • Instruction on the use of remote control and equipment
    • What to do in case of a freeze or a leak 
    • Understanding the purpose of each piece of equipment
  • Installation of salt after a recommended 30-day wait period.
  • Installation of cleaner of your choice

Once we’ve established a reliable relationship with the client, we will continue to provide dependable routine pool service visits that provide the following:

  • Weekly pool cleaning on a pre-scheduled day
  • Routine pump, filter and equipment inspection and maintenance.
  • Specialization in salt system and salt cell inspection and maintenance
  • Handling of equipment warranty issues as they arise after your start-up is completed
